Alkaline Fall Soursop Soup


1/4 cup Red Onions

1 cup Soursop ( unripe and chopped)

3 Tbsp. Grapeseed Oil / Olive Oil

1 cup Hemp Milk

1 cup Butternut Squash (chopped)

1/4 cup bell pepper


Food Processor

Step 1

Start by sautéing some onions in a bit of grapeseed oil.

Step 2

Remove the soursop seeds and add them in along with the butternut squash and bell peppers. Simmer for 10 minutes.

Step 3

Mash the soup or let it cool for 5 minutes and blend in to a food processor.

1st Step

Season to taste with salt, pepper, and onion powder. Serve hot. Enjoy!
