1-Bowl “Alkaline Vegan” Spelt Bread (Dr. Sebi-Approved)


4 Cups spelt flour
1 tsp Sea Salt
½ Cup Avocado Oil
¼ Cup Agave Syrup
1 Cup Sparkling Spring Water

Step 1

In a stand mixer, add all the ingredients and mix until the dough forms into a ball.

Step 2

Knead for 8 to 10 minutes. Rest the dough for 30 mins and then divide it into 2 equal parts. Mold each part into an oval shape or put in a loaf pan of your choice. Bake in a preheated oven at 350 F for 10 to 15 minutes. Serve with your preferred Alkaline Toppings / spread and enjoy!
