Alkaline Vegan Guacamole


  • 1 medium ripe avocado, diced
  • 1 key lime, juiced
  • 1 red onion, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 cherry tomatoes

Step 1

In a medium bowl, combine the avocado, red onion, jalapeño pepper, sea salt, and Key lime juice.

Step 2

Using a fork or an immersion blender, mash the ingredients together until desired consistency is achieved.

Step 3

Serve with your favorite Alkaline Snack like boiled burro banana, burro chips, any or just eat it straight up. Enjoy!
